Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, 24/7 text message service for anyone in need of support in the UK. Trained Shout Volunteers can help with issues including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, relationship problems, sexuality, money worries.

Childline

Childline is there to help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through.You can talk about anything. Whether it’s something big or small, thier trained counsellors are there to support you.Childline is free, confidential and available any time, day or night. They also have a great range of online resources to support your wellbeing.
