When your mood becomes low, you might stop doing the things that make you happy or that feel rewarding. This can then make your mood lower and you might get into a cycle where it is even harder to do those positive activities.
This clinically led app has been created with input from young people. It follows a type of treatment called Behavioural Activation Therapy (BAT) and uses powerful, in-built analytics to measure effectiveness.
