Murrayburn Gate new build affordable homes
Robertson Partnership Homes have been appointed to deliver 73 new homes at Murrayburn Gate as part of the wider regeneration of Wester Hailes. These will be a mix of homes for social and mid-market rent. They will be constructed on the site of the Council’s former social work centre, next to Westside Plaza shopping centre and close to Wester Hailes train station.
Design work on the homes, which will be net-zero carbon, has started, with a planning decision expected in December 2022. This will allow construction to start on site in autumn 2023.
Robertson Partnership Homes will deliver a programme of community benefits across the EH14 postcode area and beyond as part of delivery of the project.
