York Place: notification of traffic management changes September/October 2022
As part of ongoing tram works there will be further changes to the traffic management arrangements at York Place to carry out system infrastructure works.
To accommodate these works, we are required to close the westbound carriageway between Broughton Junction and Elder Street at York Place on the following evenings between the hours of 19:00 and 05:00.
Advanced warning signs will be in place, with diversions via Broughton Street / Albany Street / Queen Street.
- Wednesday 21 to Saturday 24 September
- Sunday 25 to Thursday 29 September
- Sunday 2 October to Friday 7 October

During these works west bound traffic will re-open and be accessible daytime between 05:00 and 19:00.
