Dr Bells Mindfulness Dips
These mindfulness dips aim to support parents' and carers’ mental health and well-being through cold water swimming (no previous swimming experience needed). The group allows parents to have time to themselves and gain support from their peers and Dr Bell staff. Informal chats take place around a fire afterwards with a cuppa. Please bring a swimming costume, all other equipment is provided. Sessions take place on Thursdays at 9.30am at Wardie Bay, Newhaven. Bridgend Farmhouse
Bridgend Farmhouse runs many cultural, craft and activity sessions for adults such as on Wednesdays - a walking group at 10am, a lady's wellbeing group, an arts and crafts session from 2pm to 4pm, and woodcraft from 5.30pm to 8.30pm. Seen and Heard
Seen and Heard is a cross-art form project for adults delivered by the Scottish Chamber Orchestra in partnership with Craigmillar Now, led by SCO associate composer Jay Capperauld, and visual artist Karolina Glusiec.
