The Changing Room: Big Hearts in partnership with SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health)
Promoting positive men’s mental health through a connection with football. For men aged between 30 and 64 years, gives them a chance to be part of a team tackling mental health. Step down from the stands into the heart of the club, with access to parts of the stadium you don’t normally have the chance to see.
