Refunds
If you no longer need your residents’ parking permit, you must cancel it via your online permit account. We will refund you, your unused time from the date this approved less a £10 admin charge. We will attempt to refund back to the card used to pay. If you have not received your refund within 3 to 5 working days, then please complete and send us the permit refund form. Please note your refund will be calculated from the day your permit is cancelled. We are unable to backdate refunds for late cancellations. So please enusre your cancellation is made in a timely manner.
