Appeal a decision
You often have a right of appeal to a sheriff against decisions about whether or not a licence is granted and conditions attached to the licence.
The sheriff can reverse or confirm our decision or send the application back to us to be considered again.
As there is a strict timescale for appeals, contact a solicitor as soon as possible to discuss an appeal.
