Conflict 

If you are a young person experiencing conflict at home the is a great source of advice and tips. There are quiz's, advice pages and short films to support you understand conflict and how to deal with it.

It covers four modules: My Brain, My Emotions, My Wellbeing and Our Relationships. There is a downloadable workbook that can be used alongside each of the topics.
