The is a way for people to ask the police if someone has a history of domestic abuse.
If you are worried that you or someone else may be at risk from an individual who has or may have committed domestic abuse in the past you can contact the police. They will discuss your concerns and think about whether you should be given more information to help protect yourself or the person who is in the relationship with the individual you are concerned about.
