A holiday home refers to a purpose built home which is a seasonal residence where year-round occupancy is prohibited.
It is
- vacated at certain times of the year or
- unable to be used throughout the year.
We may offer a 50% discount if the property is a holiday home. The discount does not reduce your water and sewerage charges.
