Without Planning Permission the alteration and extension of the premises including the erection of a timber pergola style structure and bar within the outdoor seating area, and the installation of external timber cladding to the front elevations and boundary wall
Requirements
Remove the unauthorised pergola style structure and outdoor bar its entirety. Remove the external timber cladding from the building and boundary wall in its entirety and make good any damage to the underlying stonework using materials to match. Time for compliance: within 6 months of the date which the notice takes effect
