Breach of activities
Without planning permission, the erection of a four sections of timber fencing measuring approximately two metres in height. The structures delineates the north-east and north-west boundaries of the site. In addition, a smaller section, which extends from the north-east to the south-west boundary, has been formed.
Requirements
Reduce the timber fencing to a height no greater than one (1) metre from ground level. For the avoidance of doubt, annotated photographs showing the four sections of fencing to be reduced in height have been included within the notice.
