Breach of activities
Without listed building consent: (i) - the partial infilling of a ground floor window on the rear elevation with the insertion of a flue. In addition, the installation of two further flues either side of the opening. (ii) - the installation of a security camera adjacent to the entrance of the property on principal elevation.
Requirements
Remove the partial infill from the window aperture and restore the window to its original design prior to the alteration. For the avoidance of doubt a photograph is attached to this notice which shows the previous window design. Remove the two flues immediately to the sides of the rear ground floor window and restore the stone wall to its former state, using materials to match existing, thereby repairing any damage. Remove the security camera from the front of the property and repair any damage caused though its installation and/or removal.
